Beautiful Wushan Mountain
The scenic spots of Wushan can be roughly divided into six major scenic spots, including Wushi Pagoda, Ancient Temple Group, Daoshan Pavilion, Shilin Garden, Shibi Guanyin, Lingxiaotai and many other small surrounding attractions.
There is one natural slab lying on the top and it is called the "Tiantai Bridge" or Rooftop Bridge. It is a highly perilous bridge and only those who "wish to sacrifice their life" can climb onto it.
The Daoshan Pavilion was constructed by Cheng Shimeng, who also left inscriptions in Daoshan Pavilion.
The west of Daoshan Pavilion is Tianzhang Platform, where Sa Dula, a famous poet from Yuan Dynasty used to chant "Go climbing Wushan Mountain in a cool evening and drunk on Tianzhang Platform".
On the peak there is "Pili Rock", which is more than 10 meters long. It was split into two halves, leaving a gap in the middle.
There are the temples, halls, pavilions, platforms, buildings and other places of interest on the mountain. There are more than 200 inscriptions on the cliffs. The inscriptions include different script forms, such as seal characters, official script, regular script, running script and cursive script, which are all very exquisite and wonderful.
