The Silk Road 5 Days Tour


Day 1: Dunhuang: Take a visit to the Mogao Grottoes, to appreciate one of the world's most important sites of ancient Buddhist culture. Then, explore the Singing Sand Dunes and Crescent Moon Lake.
Day 2: Dunhuang - Jiayuguan (by automobile): Take a car ride to Jiayuguan. You could visit the legendary Jiayuguan Pass, known as the most strategic point along the ancient Silk Road. Head to the First Beacon Tower of the Great Wall.
Day 3: Jiayuguan - Lanzhou (by train): take a bulle train from Jiayuguan Pass to Lanzhou, which takes about 4.5 hours.
Day 4: Lanzhou: enjoy a full-day excursion to the Bingling Temple Grottoes.
Day 5: Lanzhou: Climb up the White Pagoda Hill in the morning. Later, go to the Waterwheel Garden to learn about the development of waterwheel.
