Transportation in Kaili Travel

Kaili Huangping Airport
It is located in Huangping County, 12 kilometer northeast of the county center.  The airport is nearly 54 kilometers away from the Kaili City downtown. It has been open to the air traffic since October 2013. It mainly provides air service for the residents from the Southeast Guizhou as well as the region’s tourism. 
There are regular airlines between Kaili and several main domestic cities like Guangzhou, Guiyang, Hangzhou, Guilin and Chengdu. 
 
Railway Stations
The city has two railway stations for travelers: one is the Kaili Railway Station and the other is the Kaili South Railway Station.
 
Kaili South Railway Station
Located in the Jinhui Avenue Kaili City, the Kaili South Railway Station started operation since June 2015. Its main railways are for the high speed domestic trains. It is a main stop on the railway route from Shanghai to Kunming with several other main stops like Hangzhou, Nanchang, Changsha and Guiyang. It makes Kaili a convenient destination for tourists. Now tourists from large cities in China like Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Chongqing and Nanjing are easy to arrive in Kaili directly
 
Kaili Railway Station
Originally built in 1974, the Kaili Railway Station is located on the Qingjiang Road Kaili city center. It is an old railway station that most serves for the old-type fast trains.
 
Bus Stations
There are several bus terminations in Kaili City catering for the downtown bus across the city, regular bus to the villages of Southeast Guizhou as well as the long-distance bus between the cities.
