Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport

 

Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport is the only airport serving in Hangzhou. It is located in Xiaoshan District, about 27km to Hangzhou. The airport consists of three terminals. Terminal 2 is for international flights while Terminal 1 and 3 are for domestic flights. Shuttle bus operated between each terminal is available.

Airport bus

From the airport to the city: passengers could take airport bus outside Gate 5 on the first floor of the airport. One way ticket costs 20 Yuan per person. The bus stops at Metropark Hotel, Hangzhou Railway Station, and Wulinmen. From 7:30 to 9:30, the bus departures per half hour; from 9:30 to 21:00, the bus departures per 15 minutes, and after 21:00 the bus departures per half hour.

 

From the city to the airport: passengers can take airport bus at Wulinmen, Zhongshan Hotel, or Hangzhou Railway Station. From 5:30 to 9:00 at Wulinmen, the bus departures per half hour, from 9:00 to 17:00 the bus departures per 15 minutes, and from 17:00 to 21:00 the bus departures per half hour.

 

Taxi

It takes about 40 minutes from airport to city center by taxi. Normally the taxi fare varies around120 Yuan.

 

Railway Stations

 

There are 3 railway stations in Hangzhou, Hangzhou Railway Station, Hangzhou East Railway Station and Hangzhou South Railway Station. Currently Hangzhou South Railway station is under construction and has not been used.

 

Hangzhou Railway Station

 

Hangzhou Railway Station is also called “Chengzhan” by local people.

Transportation:

Distance to city center: 5.3 km

By taxi: It costs about 19 Yuan from Wulin Square to Hangzhou East Railway Station

By subway: take Line 1 and get off at Hangzhou Railway Station

 

Hangzhou East Railway Station

 

Hangzhou North Railway Station was firstly put into use in 2013. It is one of the largest railway stations of Asia.

Location: 1, Tiancheng Street

Transportation:

Distance to city center: 6 km

By taxi: It costs about 21 Yuan from Wulin Square to Hangzhou East Railway Station

By subway: take Line 1 and get off at Hangzhou East Railway Station
