Kunming Changshui International Airport is the fourth largest airport of China. It is an important transportation hub connecting Chine with Southeast Asia and South Asia.

Kunming Changshui Airport

Location: Changshui Village, Dabanqiao County, Kunming
Distance to city center: 25 km

Transportation to city center:

a.Airport bus
Passengers could take airport buses running between Kunming Changshui Airport and Kunming city center. One way ticket costs 25 Yuan per person and takes about 30 minutes.

b.Taxi
It takes about 70-100 Yuan from Changshui Airport to Kunming city center by taxi.

c.Subway
Subway Line 6 connects Changshui Airport with Wujiaba CBD. The earliest train departs at 9:00 am from Wujiaba Station while the latest is at 19:05. Time interval is 25 minutes.

Railway Stations

Kunming is an important transportation hub of Southwestern China. The city is connected with Hanoi of Vietnam from Kunming North Railway Station. If you have enough time, traveling inside Yunnan by train, enjoying the scenery passing by are quite enjoyable.

Kunming Railway Station
Kunming Railway Station is also called Nanyao Railway Station.

Location: Beijing Road, Guandu District  
Transportation to the city center:
By taxi: it takes about 15-20 Yuan from the railway station to city center.

Kunming North Railway Station

Kunming North Railway Station is not mainly used by tourists. However, it is quite important since Kunming is connected with Vietnam from the station. There is one train departing to Hekou every day, and two trains to Hanoi per week.

Distance to City Center: 10 km
Transportation to the city center:
By taxi: it takes about 10-15 Yuan from the north railway station to city center
