This tour will let you discover two magnificent mountains in China, Mount Sanqing & Huangshan, both of which were listed as the UNESCO World Heritage sites. Furthermore, you will wander around the picturesque villages in Wuyuan and learn more about ancient kiln and folk customs in Jingdezhen.

Day 1 Shanghai - Jingdezhen (by air)

Ancient Kiln and Folk Customs Museum, Jingdezhen Ceramic History Museum
The Ancient Kiln and Folk Customs Museum, also a national intangible cultural heritage protection and demonstration base, brings out the porcelain craft processes of the Ming and Qing Dynasties in Jingdezhen, well-known as China's "Porcelain Capital" for its tradition of porcelain making.
Jingdezhen Ceramic History Museum displays a collection of over 5,000 precious articles from past dynasties.

Day 2 Jingdezhen

Yaoli Town, Hutian Ancient Porcelain Kiln Site, Jingdezhen Ceramics Market
Yaoli Town is a one of most famous ancient ceramic kilns in China. Both mining of porcelain stone and the production of porcelain continue on a smaller scale, using traditional method.
The Hutian Ancient Kiln Site is located in Hutian Village in the suburb of Jingdezhen, which has been a site of the imperial kilns established since Song Dynasty (960-1279).
Take a relaxing walk around the Jingdezhen Ceramics Market and you will find a wide range of quality and style of ceramics in the workshops.

Day 3 Jingdezhen - Sanqing Mountain - Wuyuan (by automobile)

Sanqing Mountain
Sanqing Mountain, called Sanqing Shan, is one of the most underrated national parks in China. It is underrated not because of its wonderful and unique scenery, but also because it’s relatively unknown and less crowded. The park was listed as the UNESCO World Heritage in 2008.

The countryside around Wuyuan is a scattered cluster of the most picturesque villages in China, where old towns remain preserved in panoramas of ancient houses, glittering rivers, and stone flagged alleyways.

Day 5 Huangshan

Listed as a World Cultural and Natural Heritage Site, Mount Huangshan enjoys a reputation as “the Number One Mountain under Heaven”, most notably for its strangely-shaped pines, unusual stones, cloud sea, and hot springs.

Hongcun Ancient Village (UNESCO) is well-known as a beautiful village looks like “ink-painting”. It was also the shooting scene for the Oskar-awarded movie “Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon”.
Xidi Ancient Village (UNESCO) is a boat-shaped village, boasted as “a Living Ancient Residential Museum in China” .
