"Melodies of Hetian - Xinjiang Hetian Intangible Cultural Heritage (ICH) Exhibition" has kicked off at the China National Intangible Cultural Heritage Museum, running through March in 2026.

Centered on 6 core sections (e.g., Kunlun Myths and Kunlun Jade), the exhibition features nearly 600 ICH items (national and autonomous region-level) via physical displays, skill demonstrations, and interactive sessions. Key ICH items on display include Adelis Silk, Hetian naan-making, carpet weaving, Uyghur residential architecture, and Hetian jade carving.

During the exhibition, immersive supporting activities will be held, such as ICH performances and special lectures. Interactive areas offer carpet weaving workshops and Uyghur residential model viewings, replicating Hetian’s traditional production and living scenes and reflecting the in-depth integration and mutual exchange among ethnic groups.
