240-Hour Visa-Free Transit in China
China is implementing a 10-day (240 hours) visa-free transit policy. The transit program allows visitors who have existing flight bookings from China to a third country (region) to snag a visa on arrival at a Chinese airport (port) and stay for 10 days before departure. Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan all count as third destinations.
Passport holders of 55 countries, including the United States and the United Kingdom, can enter visa-free through any of the 60 open airports (ports) in 24 provincial regions, covering popular tourist cities like Beijing, Shanghai, Xi’an, Chengdu and Guangzhou.

Meanwhile, citizens from 47 countries can enter China visa-free for up to 30 days.
Day 1 Beijing
Day 2 Beijing
In the morning, you will be picked up from the hotel by your guide.
After about 1-hour driving, you will visit the Mutianyu Great Wall (UNESCO). As China's most renowned monument, Great Wall is the most spectacular structures ever built by humans and as the only one visible from space. Mutianyu section, as one of the best-preserved parts of the Great Wall, used to serve as the northern barrier defending the capital and the imperial tombs. (2.5 hours)
After lunch, take a car ride back to downtown and drop-off at your hotel around 3:00-4:00 pm.
Day 3 Beijing
In the morning, you will be picked up from the hotel by your guide.
Today’s tour begins with the Forbidden City (UNESCO), where the 24 emperors of the Ming and the Qing Dynasties ruled for nearly 500 years (1420-1911). Experience the architectural splendor of the palaces, ceremonial courtyards and private quarters.(2 hours)
Continue to explore another imperial site – the Temple of Heaven (UNESCO), where ancient Chinese emperors would make sacrifices to Heaven and pray for bountiful harvests. This construction is supreme achievement of Chinese traditional architecture. (1 hour)
After enjoy a tradition Chinese lunch you will visit the Summer Palace (UNESCO), a masterpiece of Chinese landscape garden. (1.5 hours)
