On 13 Oct, the one-month Shanghai Happy Valley Hallowmas festival held its grand opening ceremony.
The one-month event, a scare party with ghosts, will be an unforgettable experience for visitors. Four big ghosts and six haunted houses will feature in "a panic world". In the evenings visitors will see demon spirits gathering and zombies will appear and disappear.
Free professional makeup for visitors will be provided at the entrance to the happy valley.
