Starting from November 5, 2025, the practice of 24-hour direct transit without border inspection will be implemented at 10 international airports in China, including Tianjin Binhai, Dalian Zhoushuizi, Nanjing Lukou, Fuzhou Changle, Qingdao Jiaodong, Wuhan Tianhe, Nanning Wuxu, Haikou Meilan, Chongqing Jiangbei and Kunming Changshui.
Eligible passengers with international connecting flights within 24 hours – transferring directly through any of the above airports to a third country or region without leaving the airport – will be exempt from entry-exit border inspection procedures.
