We had a great trip to Hangzhou from Shanghai. Our tour leader was wonderful and very friendly. We were a little concerned because we didn't have a lot of specifics after we booked until very close to the date of the tour. However, all worked out really well. We were picked up at our hotel and delivered with a ticket to the train station with directions on what train to take and where. Another guide was waiting for us in Hangzhou and she took us to a Pagoda (6 Harmonies), a tea plantation and WestLake. She was lovely and answered every question we had and was full of good information. She too delivered us back to the train station and our original guide met us back in Shanghai to take us back to our hotel.
Luckily, my worries were unfounded! A wonderful day from start to finish!

I used them on a one-to-one basis to visit some remote and beautiful parts of CHina; Chengdu, the Giant Panda Breeding Center, the Giant Buddha of Leshan, Mount Emeishan...and then after arriving in Kunming by air (in the southwest part of the country and where the Burma road commenced during World War !), I visited the incredible Stone Forrest (over 7 million years old). the Rice Terraces in Yunnan Province near Yaunyang , and later Jianshui, followed by Dongchuan, the magnificent red soil land, still unspoiled. I travelled with a guide and drive both of whom were superb. My only regret that I could not communicate with the people. CITS were professional and most helpful and I will return and use their services in the future. This was my fourth visit to China in seven years
