Chang'an Tower Reopens for Culture Exhibition

Chang'an Tower, the new landmark of Xi'an from Xi'an Expo 2011 is to re-open for culture exhibition on 28th April. Chang'an Tower is going to display 242 pieces of Chinese modern artwork and Shaanxi local historical relics during this culture exhibition. Most of the artwork is new to the public and will represent Chinese ancient culture.

 

As the observatory tower and the symbol of the exposition, Chang'an Tower received over 3 million visitors during that time, showing the unique charm of Chinese architecture. Chang'an Tower is a reflection of both the essence of Chinese architectural culture and modern, trendy urban features. It represents a perfect combination of green architectural technology and art, exemplifying ecological practice as well.

 

Chang'an culture exhibition will be on display till 31st December 2012.
