Today, enjoy a full-day tour of the Forbidden City and the Temple of Heaven.
The Forbidden City (UNESCO) is the imperial place where the emperors of the Ming and the Qing Dynasties ruled for nearly 500 years (1420-1911). Experience the architectural splendor of the palaces, ceremonial courtyards, and private quarters. The Temple of Heaven (UNESCO), where ancient Chinese emperors made sacrifices to Heaven and prayed for bountiful harvests, demonstrates the supreme achievement of traditional Chinese architecture.

Day 3 Beijing - Yanqing (70 km)
After the breakfast, check out from the hotel and then take a 1.5-hour ride to the Beijing suburb of Yanqing . Today, you will visit the Badaling Remnant Great Wall and Yeyahu Wetland Park.
The Badaling Remnant Great Wall, compared with its world-famous neighbor - the Badaling Great Wall, remains relatively unexplored by international visitors. The time-honored historical site stands there quietly, offering both a splendid Great Wall view and tranquil surroundings. Just a 0.5-hour-drive from the Badaling Remnant Great Wall lies the Yeyahu Wetland Park, Beijing's largest wetland natural reserve. Up to 280 species of wetland birds live here with the extensive and tranquil reedbeds.

Day 4 Yanqing - Beijing (by automobile)
Pay a half-day visit to the Beijing Horticultural Expo. After lunch, you will return to Beijing downtown.
The Beijing Horticultural Expo is the largest international event China has held since the 2010 Shanghai Expo. The Expo runs from April 29th to October 7th, 2019 in Yanqing District of Beijing just at the foot of the Great Wall. Some 110 countries, international organizations, China’s province-level regions, businesses and individuals will showcase a wide variety of flowers, vegetables and herbs, including rare and endangered plant species. Strolling among the 503-hectare park, tourists will be amazed by the splendid China Pavilion, International Pavilion, Life Experience Pavilion, Botanic Garden and the Performance Hall along the way.
Moreover, Beijing Horticultural Expo is not just for exhibition. Visitors can also enjoy float parades and performances of world ethnic cultures here.
