Contratamos un tour de 15 dias por China desde España con CITS y todo ha funcionado de maravilla. El trabajo que realizo la coordinadora Diana, fue siempre muy profesional, ademas de un trato muy simpático y agradable. Despues desde la llegada a China siempre todo a punto con mucha puntualidad y todos los servicios contratados se correspondieros con el nivel de calidad previsti. Los guias también fueron muy profesionales y con buen sentido del humor. Mi agradecimiento a todo el personal de CITS. Si vuelvo a China, sin duda contare con ellos

En general muy buen niveles de guías con algunos puntos más altos y otros mas bajos lo cual es obvio cuando un conoció 8 guías distintos.
El trayecto que nos propusieron era muy bueno y los hoteles todos acordes a lo esperado.
Sin duda recomendaríamos CITS.
We booked a bespoke tour with a UK company Trailfinders for all of China. The tour was actually organised by China International Travel Service, based in Beijing. We arrived in China (from Hawaii) in Shanghai and were met off the plane by an excellent local guide. We spent three days with him, seeing local attractions and then he put us on a train to Hangzhou. Another guide met us off the train. This continued via either trains or internal flights to Suzhou, Lijiang, Dali, Chengdu, Xi'An and ending up in Beijing. Our final guide saw us to our departing flight for Vietnam. We were in China for over three weeks and at all times had a guide and driver from CITS. We were very pleased with their punctual and efficient service and would recommend the service to anyone wanting to tour China, with European language support.
Our guide took the time and was very familiar with the properties visited. She also took great care to ensure our security and happiness with meals, getting the best views and answering all our questions.
CITS was highly recommended by other Americans tourists that we met in Thailand during our trip, with a 13 hours layover in Beijing from our flight back to the U.S., we decided to visit the Great Wall of China. We contacted CITS by phone 1 days before our arrival and they were able to provide service in such a short notice. Our services consisted to be picked up at our hotel at 7am, visit the Great Wall of China and be transported to the Beijing Airport no later than 2:30pm. Our driver Peter was on time, very courteous, professional and spoke English. Also, Peter took very nice pictures of our family at the wall.
