Zhoushan to build the Changqiao Marine Cultural and Tourism Complex

According to the Zhoushan Government, Zhoushan will build the Changqiao Marine Cultural and Tourism Complex at Zhujiajian area. In addition, some other projects, such as Putuo Holy Land and international hotels, will also be built progressively in the future. The complex is expected to fuel the growth of local tourism and make Zhoushan the fashionable tourism city.

 

The new project is located near the Zhujiajian Bridge. The total investment is about 2 billion RMB. The total construction area is about 12 hectares. The project will include several parts, including Polar Ocean World, Rainforest Animal World, Dolphin Bay Water Park, Shark Bay Indoor Beach, and Animal Themed Resort.

 

After the completion of the project, Changqiao Marine Cultural and Tourism Complex will become the most influential island tourism resort in eastern China, and the new landmark of Zhoushan tourism, and provide Zhoushan City with the influential core resources for creating an international island tourism destination.
