Jetstar Airways on Nov 25th announced the start of new flights between Beijing and Melbourne. The new service, carried by Boeing 737, is scheduled for regular daily flights with a short stopover in Singapore.
Flight JQ8 departs form Beijing at 02:50 and lands in Singapore at 09:30. After a stopover, it leaves Singapore at 20:50 and arrives in Melbourne at 06:55 the following day. The return flight JQ7 leaves Melbourne at 23:00 and lands in Beijing at 00:50 the following day, with a stopover in Singapore from 16:50 to 18:35.
