China Eastern Airlines to launch flights of Shanghai - Katmandu

China Eastern Airlines will launch the air route from Shanghai to Nepal's capital Katmandu on 2nd, December. This new flight will have a layover in Kunming, capital city of southern China's Yunnan Province.

 

Currently, Air China is operating flights from Chengdu to Katmandu, and China Southern Airlines is operating flights from Guangzhou to Katmandu.

 

The daily flight will use Boeing 737 aircraft, leaving Shanghai Pudong Airport at 07:55, arriving in Katmandu at 13:05, including 1 hour’s stop in Kunming. The return flight departs Katmandu at 14:05, and arrives in Shanghai at 23:10, 1 h and 10 min in Kunming.
