The 13th Changli International Wine Festival will be held from 23 to 26 August in Changli County of Qinhuangdao in north China’s Hebei province. At the same time, a grand ceremony to celebrate Qixi Festival, the Chinese Valentines Day is to be hosted.

Summit forums on the development of the vintage industry, a quality competition among different vintage production bases around the world, wine promotion activities, an award ceremony, and an auction are to be hosted during this year’s wine festival. To celebrate Qixi, entertainment activities and interactive activities will be held.

Nestled at the foot of the Yanshan Mountain, Changli is titled as Bordeaux in China for its abundance in grapes and the history of planting grapes and brewing wines for more than 400 years.
