A Bangshu artwork exhibition was held on January 9, 2014, in Suzhou, Jiangsu province. Over 30 Bangshu pieces are on display and the exhibition will run through February 28.
Bangshu art, made with a large calligraphy brush known as the "Shu Shu" in ancient times, originally referred to the big characters written on an inscribed board. Bangshu artwork features thick, heavy brush strokes and big characters.
