According to Consulate-General of the PRC in Milano and Embassy of the PRC in Japan, Chinese visa applicants are exempt from the collection of biometric information for single or double-entry visas of business, tourism, family visit, transit, crew if eligible, effective from Aug 9 to Dec 31, 2023.
