Direct high-speed train connecting Chengdu and Hong Kong started operation from July 1. With around 10-hour travel time, this train departs from Chengdu, through Leshan, Yibin, Guiyang, Guilin, Foshan, Guangzhou, and other cities, to Hong Kong West Kowloon Station.
Passengers may get on the train on any stop along the route, and commence customs checks at Hong Kong West Kowloon Station.
