SilkAir, a Singapore-based airline company, announced the start of direct flight between Singapore and Changsha on Oct 31.
The new route is scheduled for regular flights three times a week on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday. Flight MI954 departs from Singapore at 12:45 and arrives in Changsha at 17:20. Flight MI953, which flies from Changsha to Singapore, takes off at 18:15 and lands at 23:00.
According to SilkAir, Changsha is its sixth destination in China, following Chengdu, Chongqing, Kunming, Shenzhen and Xiamen.
