Relics of Mogao Grottoes exhibited in Hangzhou

From Jan 5 to March 16, 2014, cultural relics from Mogao Grottoes will be on display at the Dunhuang art exhibition at the Zhejiang Art Museum in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province.

 

 

The exhibition includes seven restored caves, 59 replicas of Buddhist wall paintings, 10 sculptures and 10 bricks from the Tang Dynasty period of the Mogao Grottoes in Dunhuang, Gansu province.

 

Visitors could also appreciate paintings of Dunhuang Fei Tian and special art performances including Dunhuang-style dance.
