National Museum of China to open new exhibition

According to the National Museum of China, the exhibition “Overseas Chinese People and People’s Republic of China Special Exhibition” will open at 10:00 am on October 30th. The exhibition will last until November 29th.

 

The exhibition will pay tributes to this extensive community's all-encompassing efforts to promote the national independence and development of their country of origin. On the exhibition, more than 270 objects from the collections of the National Museum and the Overseas Chinese History Museum of China in Beijing will be on shown. The exhibits help to reflect the contributions made by leaders and celebrated figures among overseas Chinese, and also a lot of unsung heroes.

 

The exhibition is hosted by All-China Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese and National Museum of China. It is organized by Overseas Chinese History Museum of China and Overseas Chinese Charity Foundation of China. Over the past 70 years, the overseas Chinese people have made important contributions to the independence and liberation of Chinese Nation.
