Georgia and China on last Wednesday signed an agreement waiving visa requirements of their citizens for travel between the countries.

According to this agreement, holders of valid ordinary passports of both countries can enter, exit or transit through each other's country without a visa, provided that they stay for no longer than 30 days per visit and no longer than 90 days within a 180-day period.

The agreement will enter into force after the completion of internal legal procedures by the two countries.
