First Inner Mongolia Self-Drive Nadam Tour is to hold in Xilin Gol League on July 2 for four days, inviting visitors to appreciate ethnic Nadam festival, and participate in self-drive across the grassland.
Visitors are invited to participate in series tourism activities, such as self-drive tour of Xilin Gol Grassland, ethnic tour of Nadam Festival, and bonfire party. Besides, song and dance performances reflecting the folklore of various ethnic groups, ethnic sports competitions such as wrestling and horse riding, exhibitions and sales of ethnic commodities will be a feast to the visitors’ eyes.
Nadam means games in Mongolian. With the development of grassland culture, Nadam has become an indispensable part of Mongolian lives, thus turns into a recreational tourism festival.
