British Museum's encyclopedia collections to show in Beijing

An upcoming exhibition of 100 objects of British Museum's collection will be held at the National Museum of China in Beijing, which will run from March 2 to May 31, 2017

 

The theme of this exhibition is 'the History of the World in 100 Objects', and the objects narrates the development and diversities of global history through a selection of artifacts, pieces of artwork and other kinds of objects.

 

Chinese objects include a civil official figure discovered in a Tang Dynasty tomb dated about AD 730 in central Henan province and a ceramic amphora produced between AD 600 and 700.
