Wuhan to start 72-Hour visa-free transit policy

Wuhan, capital city of central China's Hubei Province, will offer 72-hour visa-free entry policy for international passengers with valid visas and the air ticket to the third country from March, 2015.

 

Following Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Xi'an, Kunming, Chengdu, Chongqing, Shenyang, Dalian, Guilin and Hangzhou, Wuhan will be the 12th city in the Chinese mainland to embrace the policy.

 

Direct flights between Wuhan and Melbourne, Chicago and Dubai are scheduled to be opened this year, which now operates 31 domestic and international routes.

 

72-hour Visa-free Transit Policy is valid for passport holders from the following countries:

 

Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Russia, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Romania, Ukraine, the United States, Canada, Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Chile, Australia, New Zealand, South Korea, Japan, Singapore, Brunei, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar.
