New direct flight to link China and Thailand

According to the Air Asia, a new direct flight will be launched between Nanchang, the capital and the cultural, economic and scientific center of Jiangxi Province, and Chiang Mai, the largest city in northern Thailand since December 1st. After the launch of this flight, the travel time between Nanchang and Thailand will be shortened.

 

The flight will be operated by Airbus A320 aircraft. The flight FD306 will depart from Nanchang Changbei International Airport at 15:10 p.m. Beijing time and arrive in Chiang Mai at 17:55 p.m. local time. The flight FD305 will leave from Chiang Mai International Airport at 10:20 a.m. local time, and will arrive in Nanchang at 14:25 p.m. Beijing time. The flight is scheduled to fly every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.

 

Nanchang is a famous historical and cultural city with a history of over 2,200 years. It got the name of Nanchang during the Western Han (206BC - 24AD) Dynasty when the famous General Guanying built up Guan City at this area. Nanchang is a beautiful city with the Gan River, the mother river of local people, traversing through the whole city.
