Early in the morning on Sept.21, Warsaw Chopin Airport welcomed the first regularly-scheduled nonstop Air China flight from Beijing to Warsaw.

Air China stated that the Warsaw-Beijing route becomes its second nonstop long-haul international service connecting China to Central and Eastern Europe. It will be operated four times a week by Airbus A330-200 aircrafts.

Chinese Ambassador to Poland Xu Jian along with Vice President of China National Aviation Holding Hou Xulun and Chief Director of the Chopin Airport Mariusz Szpikowski took part in the official welcoming ceremony.

Xu Jian announced that the establishment of a direct link between Warsaw and Beijing will provide more travel options for passengers between two countries and bring convenience to further bilateral cooperation in other fields.
