Tian’anmen Square, Forbidden City , Temple of Heaven, Chinese Kung Fu Show
The Tian’anmen Square is the world’s largest and renowned public square where many historical events once took place.
The Forbidden City (UNESCO) is the imperial place where the emperors of the Ming and Qing Dynasties ruled for nearly 500 years (1420-1911). Experience the architectural splendor of the palaces, ceremonial courtyards, and private quarters.
The Temple of Heaven (UNESCO), where ancient Chinese emperors made sacrifices to Heaven and prayed for bountiful harvests, demonstrates the supreme achievement of traditional Chinese architecture.
Enjoy a fascinating Chinese Kung Fu Show, which celebrates the philosophy and skill of traditional martial arts.

Day 3 Beijing

Great Wall, Sacred Way, Bird's Nest & Water Cube
The Great Wall is one of the most spectacular structures ever built by humans and is the only one visible from space.
The Sacred Way is lined with statues of guardian animals and officials of the Ming Tombs.
Take an outside tour to the Olympic Stadium, nicknamed Bird's Nest, and the National Swimming Centre, also known as the Water Cube.

Day 4 Beijing - Xi'an (by air)

Day 5 Xi'an

Museum of Terracotta Warriors and Horses, Small Wild Goose Pagoda, Dumpling Banquet & Tang Dynasty Show
The Museum of Terracotta Warriors and Horses (UNESCO) is one of the greatest archaeological discoveries in the world. More than 6000 life-sized terra cotta warriors, archers, infantrymen, horses, and bronze chariots have silently guarded the tomb of China's First Emperor for over 2,200 years.
Small Wild Goose Pagodawas was built between 707–709 during the Tang dynasty to store the Buddhist scriptures brought from India.
Enjoy a tasteful Dumpling Banquet followed by an exquisite traditional Tang Dynasty Show.

Tips: Since the Tang Dynasty Music and Dance Show will be closed in Jan, Feb, Mar and Dec, we do not calculate the price of the show and dumpling dinner for tours starting during this period. Clients will enjoy a free night by themselves.

Day 6 Xian - Zhangjiajie (by air)

The Ancient City Wall is one of the oldest city walls in China and still encompasses the center of Xi'an today.
The Shaanxi History Museum, a national comprehensive museum in Xi’an, highlights the development of Chinese civilization more than 5,000 years.
The Great Mosque, which blends Islamic mosque styles and traditional Chinese architectural elements, acts as one of the oldest and best-preserved Islamic mosques in China
The Muslim Snack Street is full of mouth-watering delicacies and snacks.

Day 7 Zhangjiajie

Zhangjiajie National Forest Park
Explore the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. Spend a pleasant walk in the tranquility Golden Whip Stream, you may feel like walking in a fairy forest.

Day 8 Zhangjiajie

Yuanjiajie Scenic Area, Bailong Elevator , Mount Tianzi Scenic Area
Afterwards, take a shuttle bus to Yuanjiajie (UNESCO), experience the magnificent scenery of jagged peaks and deep valleys. It is said that the Southern Sky Pillar in Yuanjiajie was the prototype of the floating mountains in the Film Avatar.
Take the Bailong Elevator to get down from the mountain. The Bailong Lift is the highest outdoor elevator in the World.
Take a shuttle bus to Mount Tianzi Scenic Area and take a cable car to the mountain top. Mount Tianzi is admired as one of the top four scenic spots of Wulingyuan Scenic Area (UNESCO). Mount Tianzi is renowned by the amazing natural landscape, it embodies varied beautiful scenes at different time within one day and is reputed as “huge bonsai, small fairyland”.

Day 9 Zhangjiajie - Shanghai (by air)

Tianmen Mountain, Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon Glass Bridge
Take world's longest cable car to ascend Tianmen Mountain. The stunning sightseeings include Tianmen Cave (also called Heaven's Door), the 99 Bends, vertical cliffs,etc.
As world's longest and highest glass bridge, Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon Glass Bridge measures 430m in total length and 6m in breadth, and is suspended about 260m above the ground.

Day 10 Shanghai

Shanghai Museum, Yu Garden, Bund, short cruise on Huangpu River
The Shanghai Museum has a collection of 120,000 pieces of Chinese ancient treasures.
Owing to its ingenious design in Ming and Qing dynasties, the Yu Garden becomes a real museum of Chinese ancient architecture.
The Bund,featured outstanding European colonial architectures, is full of new skyscrapers and historical buildings in the center of Shanghai.
Have a short cruise on Huangpu River which is one of the best ways to see both old and new Shanghai.

Day 11 Shanghai
